Presence and transformational leadership

I'm stuck, many of my clients tell me. We are unable to solve the problems on our own, we need others. And having perfect project and program management isn't enough anymore. We will have to let go the illusion that we can control everything rationally. And that at the moment that fast changing markets, climate and environment, sustainable agriculture, good health care are demanding our full attention. So we are stuck, the available solutions don't work anymore.
We have enormous amounts of knowledge, but we miss ways to connect organizations and people to bring breakthrough developments. Presence and Theory U (developed by Peter Senge, Otto Scharmer, Joseph Jaworski) chart a possible course of action, a promising one to my opinion.To develop transformational leadership across companies and organizations. Leadership that not only uses rational knowledge but also intuition and inspiration to forge long term transformations.
