At a workshop of Consumentenautoriteit and the Ministry of Economic Affairs create2connect did a presentation on the structuur and build up of the Dutch system of consumer protection: the history of the system in the Netherlands, rule of the game in the system, the players (consumer organizations, business organizations, governments and regulators in the Netherlands, Europe and worldwide), and the most important current issues in consumer affairs.
